Your First Nutrition Visit

Your first nutrition consultation will last approximately 45 minutes to review your Patient Symptoms Survey (Nutrition Forms available to download). This questioner is very detailed in order to identify your most concerning health challenges and goals. Following an examination, laboratory testing (Nutrition Welcome Letter) will be recommended to scientifically evaluate your health status. A 52-point blood panel, urinalysis, stool, and hair analysis is conducted to create a personalized report that explains your test results, dietary modifications, a complete review of your medications (if applicable) including their known side effects and resulting nutritional depletions, potential health risks, and a personalized supplement regimens to regain your optimum health.

Once all of your lab results are compiled (approximately two weeks) you will return to Tranquility for a report of findings. This appointment is designed to educate and answer any questions regarding your results and get you started on your Wellness Program. Follow up laboratory testing may be recommended to gauge improvements and compliance.
