Tranquility Spa and Wellness Policies

Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Treatments are selected and reserved specifically for your needs, based on availability.  In order to best accommodate your requests, we require a 24 hour notification for any changes or cancellations-otherwise we charge 50% of the total service-fee to your credit card. 

Gratuity
All prices are subject to change. Individual services do not include gratuity; however, spa etiquette suggests a 15% to 20% gratuity depending on your enjoyment of the treatment. We are unable to add gratuity onto credit cards. Please be prepared with cash or a check for all gratuities.

Returns
We stand behind the products we use and sell at Tranquility. You have 30 days to return a product after it has been opened and 60 days if the item is unopened. Please have your receipt with you. (Some exclusions may apply based on packaging quality and remaining product.)

Timing
In order to enhance your Tranquility experience, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes early.
We encourage you to use this time to enjoy a beverage, use the restroom or fill out possible paper-work prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee a full treatment. Please refer to “Cancellations and No-Show Policy” for details.

Gift Cards
Tranquility Spa gift cards can be used towards spa services only. Excludes Tranquility Wellness services including, but not limited to yoga, chiropractic care, acupuncture, personal training, nutrition services, permanent makeup and psychotherapy. Gift certificates for individual wellness practitioners may be available upon request.

Parking
Parking in the lot across the street is only allowed after 3 p.m. There is curb side parking available on 2nd Avenue. There is also a parking lot on the top and bottom of State Street.

Considerations
This is a place of tranquility, therefore, please relax and respect other guests by silencing your cell phones and other electronic devices, refraining from loud talking or bringing small children to your appointment.
