Wellness Wednesdays-

Knowledge is power! That’s the idea behind the Tranquility Wellness Wednesday Lectures.  Tranquility invites local vendors, physicians, health practitioners, fitness instructors, and/or staff members to present on current beauty, health and wellness topics.  Wellness Wednesday Lectures are typically scheduled the third Wednesday of the month from 7-8pm and they are FREE!

Restorative Yoga

Total relaxation and restoration! Restorative poses are held for a longer period of time than typical asanas and tend to be supported poses that make use of multiple blankets, bolsters and even walls, providing a completely supportive environment for total relaxation.

Sound Healing Singing Bowls

Singing bowls produce sounds which invoke a deep state of relaxation which naturally assists one in entering into meditation, the ultimate goal being enlightenment. In addition to their traditional usage for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation, stress reduction, holistic healing, Reiki, and chakra balancing.

Gong Meditation

Gong Meditations are considered to be one of the most healing and restorative meditations, particularly because of the deep state of relaxation that is attained in response to the sound vibration. Come join us and leave the meditation feeling deeply rested and refreshed!

Couples Yoga

This combination of gentle Hatha Yoga, deep breathing, and relaxation is a lovely practice to share with your partner and promotes harmony and feelings of connectedness and rejuvenation. Come and release physical and mental tension and free your energies for deeper emotional and spiritual connection, personal reflection and joy in your relationship! Feel free to join us even if you have already attended a couple's workshop! The workshop is different every time!

Newcomers Yoga

Are you one of the many people who have wanted to try our Peaceful Heart Yoga, but were hesitant to sign up for a full session? Our introductory class gives you the opportunity to try yoga and experience the inviting atmosphere of our beautiful yoga sanctuary. Tranquility's yoga is intimate without being intimidating, and our gentle classes will leave you feeling long, strong and de-stressed! We welcome and encourage you to try Peaceful Heart Yoga!
